The Wolf Core 55 is a Canadian-built, commercial-duty seawater watermaker designed for demanding marine and remote-site applications requiring dependable freshwater production during extended operating periods. Producing up to 55 US gallons (208 litres) of freshwater per hour, it combines a corrosion-resistant axial-piston high-pressure pump, direct-coupled 2 HP motor, two industry-standard 2540 seawater RO membranes, and straightforward manual controls.
Available in integrated cabinet or modular configurations, the Core 55 offers single-phase and three-phase electrical options. Standard equipment includes a preassembled filter bank, reusable field-serviceable high-pressure hose fittings, low-feed-pressure shutdown, motor overload protection, an operating-hour meter, and integrated freshwater-flush and product-water routing controls. A suitable feed pump is selected separately to meet installation requirements.
Rated Production: Up to 55 US GPH / 208 LPH Electrical: Single-phase or three-phase, 60 Hz High-Pressure Motor: 2 HP Membranes: Two industry-standard 2540 seawater RO membranes Configuration: Integrated Cabinet or Modular

* Note: Water output is rated by the membrane manufacturer. Actual product water output is dependant on water chemistry, water temperature, operating pressure and up to a plus or minus 15% variation in membrane performance. For example, 2 different 30 gal/hour membranes could range from 26 to 34 gal/hour under identical operating conditions.
